Reiki is accessible to everyone. You don’t need previous experience, special abilities or a particular spiritual background. All that is needed is an open mind and a willingness to learn.
What is Reiki?
Reiki is a Japanese energy healing practice that supports relaxation, balance and wellbeing. During Reiki training you receive an attunement, a traditional process through which a Reiki Master helps you connect with Reiki energy according to the Usui lineage.
From that moment, you are able to practise Reiki as part of your daily life, first for yourself and, as your confidence grows, for family, friends and eventually clients if you choose.
For many people, Reiki becomes much more than a technique. It becomes a way of living with greater presence, compassion, trust and inner peace.
My Approach to Teaching Reiki
I believe Reiki is, above all, a path of love and self-discovery.
While each course teaches the traditional Usui Reiki system and provides the knowledge and practical skills you need, I also encourage students to experience Reiki as a journey of personal transformation rather than simply a healing modality.
My classes are relaxed, supportive and interactive. There is always time for questions, practice and personal reflection. Whether you are taking Reiki for your own wellbeing or with the intention of becoming a professional practitioner or teacher, you will be guided with care, honesty and respect for your individual path.
My intention is that every student leaves feeling confident, empowered and inspired to continue their Reiki journey long after the course has finished.

In our busy lives, we often spend so much energy caring for others that we forget to nurture ourselves. Reiki offers the opportunity to pause, reconnect and create space for healing, self-discovery and inner peace.
When you learn Reiki, you’re not simply acquiring a new skill, you are beginning a lifelong practice of self-awareness and personal growth.
As your Reiki practice grows, you may notice subtle yet meaningful changes. You become more present, more aware of your thoughts and emotions, and more connected to your intuition. Choose the Reiki Course that’s Right for You
Reiki Level 1 – The Beginning
Your Reiki journey starts here.
During Reiki Level 1 you receive your first attunement to the Reiki energy and learn the foundations of the Usui Reiki system. You will discover how to practise Reiki for yourself and others while developing a deeper connection with your own wellbeing.
This course is ideal if you are looking for personal growth, greater self-awareness or simply wish to introduce Reiki into your daily life.
Reiki Level 2 – Deepen Your Practice
Reiki Level 2 takes your practice to a deeper level.
You will receive 3 of the traditional Usui Reiki symbols. These symbols will empower your Reiki practise. In this level you will learn several techniques to bring greater balance to your mental and emotional wellbeing, as well as practise distance Reiki. These teachings expand your understanding of Reiki and allow you to practise with greater confidence and intention.
Many students choose this level when they feel ready to deepen their Reiki practise. Also, after this level 2 you would be able to share Reiki more widely or begin offering professional Reiki sessions.
Reiki Level 3 – Reiki Master Level 3
Reiki Level 3 is a significant stage in your personal growth and spiritual development.
In this level you will receive 2 new symbols. The Usui Master symbol and the Antakhanara. These Reiki symbols will help you deepen your connection with you higher self and Reiki.
During Reiki level 3 you will not only expand your Reiki skills with advanced techniques, but also you will embrace greater self-awareness, responsibility and inner growth.
It is the natural next step for those who wish to continue their Reiki path before training as a Reiki teacher.
Reiki Master Teacher
The Reiki Master Teacher course is not only for those who feel called to share Reiki through teaching but also for those who want to Master the mystery of life.
In the Usui Tibetan Reiki tradition, you will learn how to perform attunements, guide students through their Reiki journey and confidently teach all Reiki levels while maintaining the integrity of the lineage.
This course combines practical classes with continued personal development, supporting you in becoming an experienced, authentic and compassionate Reiki teacher.
