About me

Hello,

My name is Esther Mas. I am a Reiki Master, Teacher and a professional member of the Reiki Federation Ireland. I am originally from a small town near Barcelona. After travelling and living in a few places around the world, I found myself calling Dublin home. I have been living here since 2006 and I have truly fallen in love with the emerald isle.

How would I describe myself?

I am a calm and balanced person who always wears a smile, appreciates the joys of life and is committed to being the best that I can be in every aspect of my life.

I practice yoga every morning and meditate every day. Reiki is the light that reminds me to trust my intuition, the compass of my soul.

As a vegetarian I pursue a balanced and healthy lifestyle with local Irish and organic food. I love cooking for my friends and sharing their stories and laughter… and yes! They love my vegetarian dishes too!

How did I start practising Reiki?

Having finished my Honours Bachelor degree in Psychology 10 year ago, I realized that we are much more than only our body with a conscious mind. I was curious and eager to learn what else was out there. I travelled the world looking for an answer and put myself through different experiences seeking understanding.

Reiki came into my life at the right place and at the perfect time. With Reiki I realized that the most important journey of life starts when you realize that you are already there. I stopped looking outwards and started searching inwards. In this way, my self-healing process started. My life has completely changed for the better.

I have always known that my niche in life is helping others. I have worked as a Psychologist with teenagers and as a educational programme officer in NGOs. With Reiki I have found my real vocation. There is nothing more gratifying than welcoming my clients and seeing their evolution. Every session is different, and in every session I love to see them feel lighter, recharged or filled with joy and peace.
