This healing technique was developed by William Rand, founder of the International Centre for Reiki Training. While living in Hawaii, he learn from a Kahuna how to perform Psychic Surgery. Rand combined his learnings with Reiki techniques to develop what we know as Reiki Aura Clearing.

Aura clearing can be used to release these negative energy blocks. This process can assist in the healing of any problem or difficulty including emotional issues, relationship problems, addictions, spiritual problems as well as physical health problems.

The main reason people are not in optimum health is because they attract or create blocks to the flow of life force energy within themselves. These blocks are usually made up of ideas, beliefs and emotions that are opposed to the person’s maximum wellbeing. These are usually created because of misunderstandings about how to get one’s needs met in a healthy way.

Blocks to the life force energy usually take on a particular shape and lodge themselves in or around the organs of the body or in the chakras or the aura. These negative energy blocks can cause health problems as well as other difficulties in life. Once they are removed, the life force energy returns to its’ normal healthy flow and the person’s health is restored.

During the course of the treatment, the client takes an active role to locate and identify the blockage. To remove the blockage, the practitioner uses Reiki energy to empower the hands so that negative psychic energy can be grasp and sent to the light. Sometimes, this highly effective process might be a bit surprising to some people’s ears as the practitioner goes through a serial of inhalations making a wind sound with the mouth.

This is a very powerful healing technique and it can cure disease in one session. However, clients are in control of their own healing process and the energy works at a pace that is acceptable to them. Clients get the healing that they need and are ready for at the time.
