This course is designed to help you reconnect with yourself, release inner blockages, awaken your confidence, and express your authentic self more freely.
As nature blossoms into the fullness of summer, this journey invites you to do the same.

This meditation course is not about trying to become someone different.
It is about gently returning to who you already are beneath the noise, pressure, and busyness of everyday life.
Through meditation, mindful reflection, and grounding practices, you’ll be supported in cultivating greater calm, emotional balance, and presence in your daily life.
Over 4 weeks, you will have the option to meet IN-PERSON & ONLINE to explore different types of meditation (so you can find what works for you)
These sessions are practical, accessible, and designed to bring clarity and emotional balance into your everyday life.

In the busyness of everyday life, many of us disconnect from our inner voice, suppress parts of ourselves, and forget what it feels like to simply be.
Blooming Into Fullness is a nurturing 4-week meditation journey created to support you in softening, reconnecting, and expanding into greater alignment with your authentic self.
Through grounding practices, chakra awareness, Summer Solstice fire meditations, energy healing, guided visualisations, and soulful reflection, we will gently explore what it means to feel safe, seen, confident, and fully expressed.
This is not about becoming someone else.
It is about returning to yourself.
You’ll be guided through each practice, with space for questions and gentle reflection.
Each session is 60 minutes, once a week.
You can choose to join us in-person in Dublin 16 or online via Zoom—whatever suits your schedule best.
If you can’t make it to a class, Replays will be available so you can catch up in your own time.

Your 4-Week Journey
WEEK 1 — 8th JUNE
Creating Safety to Bloom
Before we bloom, we must first feel safe enough to open.
In this first session, we will focus on grounding, nervous system regulation, and reconnecting with your unshakable inner self. Through gentle meditation and reflection, you will begin creating the inner safety needed for growth and expansion.

WEEK 2 — 15th JUNE
Opening the Energy Within
This session is all about helping you identify and release any blocks in your energy system.
Through guided reflection, a chakra questionnaire, discussion, and meditation, you will begin identifying emotional and energetic patterns that may be holding you back from expressing yourself fully.

WEEK 3 — 22nd JUNE
Igniting Your Inner Fire
Aligned with the energy of the Summer Solstice, this session focuses on the Solar Plexus chakra: the centre of confidence, personal power, visibility, and self-expression.
Through fire-inspired meditations and empowering practices, you will reconnect with your inner strength and begin stepping more boldly into your authentic self.

WEEK 4 — 29th JUNE
Blooming Into Fullness
Our final session is a deep soul-guided meditation journey focused on authentic expression, releasing fear, and embodying your fullest self.
Through visualisation, energy work, emotional release, affirmations, and higher self connection, you will be guided to step into greater alignment, freedom, and self-expression.
