After the wonderful success of the September Meditation Program, we’re beginning the new year with an immersive 5-week meditation journey designed to help you step into 2025 with clarity, intention, and emotional resilience.

January can bring excitement, new resolutions, and also the challenges of the “Blue Monday” period. This program guides you through grounding, emotional navigation, intention setting, and—just in time for Valentine’s Day—two beautiful heart-opening meditations.

Over 5 weeks, you’ll explore different types of meditation—so you can find what works for you.

These sessions are practical, accessible, and designed to bring calm into your everyday life.

You’ll be guided through each practice, with space for questions and gentle reflection.

Each session is 60 minutes, once a week.

You can choose to join us in-person in Dublin 16 or online via Zoom—whatever suits your schedule best.

If you can’t make it to a class, Replays will be available so you can catch up in your own time.

Deepak Chopra Meditation: Ground Zero & Intention Setting

A powerful journey into self-awareness and transcendence.
We return to baseline—ground zero—releasing noise and reconnecting to essence.
From this place of pure presence, you’ll learn to activate meaningful intention for the year ahead.


📌 WEEK 2 — 20th JANUARY

Future Self Meditation + Limiting Beliefs Transformation

Meet your future self: the version of you who has already achieved what you desire.
Through guided visualization, conversation, and inner work, you’ll uncover what’s aligned for your path.
Then together, we examine limiting beliefs holding you back and transform them into empowering truths.


📌 WEEK 3 — 27th JANUARY

The Lake Meditation: Emotional Acceptance & Stillness

Using the metaphor of a deep, steady lake, this meditation helps you navigate emotions with ease.
Learn to drop beneath the surface of mental waves—stress, reactivity, discomfort—and rest in your inner calm.
A transformative practice for emotional resilience.


📌 WEEK 4 — 3rd FEBRUARY

Osho Kundalini Meditation: The Body as a Path to Presence

A dynamic one-hour active meditation ideal for modern, busy minds.
Through shaking, movement, stillness, and awareness, you’ll release accumulated stress and restore natural energetic flow.
Perfect for those who struggle with traditional silent meditation.

Heart Meditation Week (Two Meditations)

1. Living From Love

Connect with the love and light already within you.
Expand this energy outward to create a peaceful internal state that influences your relationships, choices, and actions.

2. “May I Be Well, May I Be Happy” — Loving-Kindness Meditation

A gentle yet profound Metta (Loving-Kindness) practice.
Cultivate compassion for yourself and others, transforming how you relate to the world. Beautifully aligned with the week of Valentine’s Day 💗
